Tahir ORUÇ was born in 1955 in Eyüp district of Istanbul. Although he is not the eldest of 7 siblings, he undertook the livelihood of the family by being a brother to his brothers in every field due to life conditions. In his youth, Tahir Bey, who continued his life by selling soda on the beaches and doing minibuses, continued his life by working as a scrap dealer in Eyüp district with his late father Saffet ORUÇ in his early 20s.
In 1976, he entered the aluminum casting industry by establishing Oruçoğulları Aluminum in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. With its honesty, goodwill and determination to work, it has managed to introduce itself in the market in a short time.
Tahir ORUÇ, who has become a loved and respected businessman around him, continued his activities in the workplace he established in the Ikitelli Organized Zone, formerly known as yellow casters, with the new name Isdök industrial site, at the end of the 90s, with the intensification and growth of business. As a result of his efforts on the Isdök industrial site, he contributed to the development of the site and was the chairman of the site until his death in 2016. During his presidency, he served on the Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone Board of Directors.
